Harrison County FCU is converting to a new computer system, effective June 1, 2024
This new core data processing system will make it easier to serve you by improving our efficiency as well as offering you new and exciting tools for managing your accounts with us. This is a major endeavor, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we all adapt to the new system. Staff is preparing, training, and testing the system and will continue to do so in the weeks leading up to the upgrade.
While most changes are seamless and behind the scenes, there could be short-term service disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience.
Below, you will find helpful information about some of the changes you can expect as part of the conversion. Please check back often for additional information and user guides to help you prepare for the change.
ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND FORMAT WILL NOT BE CHANGING.
Your existing checks, electronic deposits and payments, and automatic transfers will continue to be processed without interruption.
You will have to reenroll and set up an automatic bill paycheck you currently have in place.
Your direct deposit, ACH, and payroll deduction will not be affected.
NEW ONLINE BANKING
Part of the conversion involves switching to the online banking platform offered by our new processing system. ALL MEMBERS will need to RE-ENROLL in online banking and accept the user agreement after the conversion is complete. We will have user guides for the new system available for you soon.
NEW! MOBILE BANKING APP
Harrison County FCU will also begin offering a new mobile banking system. The new app will replace the existing app and will be available to download to your Android or Apple device.
PRE-CONVERSION HISTORY AVAILABILITY WILL BE LIMITED ON ONLINE/MOBILE BANKING.
When you log into our new online or mobile banking system for the first time after May 31, 2024, you will notice the transactions and e-Statements processed prior to June 1, 2024, are not available. Please retrieve any information you want from our current online banking system prior to the close of business on May 31, 2024. After May 31, 2024, you will need to contact our member services team at the credit union to assist in looking up your pre-conversion transactions and statements.
ALL E-STATEMENT MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE A PAPER STATEMENT FOR May 2024.
Since access to our current online banking system will be terminated at the close of business on May 31, 2024, our e-Statement members would not have time to view their May 2024 statements prior to the shut-off. We will therefore be mailing paper statements to ALL members for January 2024- May 2024. After the conversion, you will be re-enrolled in e-Statements when you sign up for online banking.
BATCH PROCESSING
Share draft and ACH processing may be delayed by a few hours each day during live week. We won’t be automatically posting until a few days into live.
Since services may be disrupted, please have alternative methods available such as cash, credit cards, and checks during the conversion period. Please plan in advance for your financial needs.
Complete necessary transactions prior to close of business on May 31, 2024. If you use online banking history to balance your checking account, balance your account prior to close of business on May 31, 2024.
